Orders

We accept credit card orders on our web site for some of our products. You do not need an account with us if you place orders on our web site with credit cards. Our proprietary products will need a license before purchasing. These products cannot be ordered on our web site with credit cards.

We also accept orders by email or fax with purchase orders. You need set up an account with us before placing a purchase order.

If you do not yet have an account with us, please email or fax us the following information to set one up:

	Complete customer name, address, phone and fax numbers
	Bank name and account number
	Three trade references including names, account numbers and phone numbers.

If you already have an account with us, please provide the following information so we can promptly process your orders:

	Customer name, account number, and phone number
	Purchase order number
	Product name, catalog number, and quantity
	Billing address
	Shipping address
	Email address for order confirmation
