Protein Staining reagents

ProBlue^TM is a rapid, sensitive, and safe protein staining reagent based on Brilliant Blue G-250 for detecting proteins in polyacrylamide gels. After washing the gel with water, most protein bands can be visualized within 10 minutes staining. Staining and destaining procedures may be completed in 30 minutes. For BSA, as little as 1 ng protein may be detected. All the chemicals in the staining and destaining reagents are environmentally safe. They do not contain chemicals such as TCA, methanol, and acidic acid. ProBlue^TM may be used for 2D gels because of its high sensitivity.
