We developed innovative protein standards and staining reagents. Using these standards, you
can determine the molecular weight (size) and quantity (mass) of your
protein simultaneously. With our staining reagents, you can rapidly stain your
protein gel with high sensitivity eliminating hazardous
chemicals. We also offer a
few enzymes with competitive price and superior quality.
- Size Standard
-
DigiProTM 3-200 protein standard contains protein bands
with molecular weights from 3 kD to 200 kD. It consists of 13 polypeptides.
Under some electrophoretic conditions, the two
insulin polypeptide bands runs together at about 3 kD. Only 12 protein bands
will be shown on gel. It is
an unstained protein standard that allows accurate estimation of molecular
weight of your sample proteins. It also allows rough estimation of quantity of
your protein bands.
- Quantitative Standard
-
QuantProTM 3-200 quantitative protein
standard contains protein bands with quantities from tens nanograms to hundreds
of nanograms. It consists
of 13 polypeptides with molecular weights in the range of 3 kD to 200 kD. Under some electrophoretic
conditions, the two insulin polypeptide bands runs together at about 3 kD. Only
12 protein bands will be shown on gel. It is an unstained protein
standard that allows accurate estimation of molecular weight of your sample
proteins. In addition, it also allows you to simultaneously estimate the quantity of each
protein band in your protein samples.
- Western Standard
-
HisProTM is a protein standard for
Western analysis of his-tagged proteins. It will react with monoclonal
or polyclonal antibodies against his-tagged
proteins.
- BSA Standards
-
Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is commonly used as a standard in
protein quantitation. When it is prepared in liquid, it will be only stable
for about 2 weeks at 4 0C. Our BSA standards of different
concentrations are stable for six months at 4 0C.
